Present: First Selectman Woody Bliss; Selectman W. Glenn Major; Selectman Richard Miller; Town Administrator Tom Landry, Administrative Assistant Judy DeVito.

 

 

Mr. Bliss called the meeting to order at 8:02am

 

Pledge of Allegiance – Ernie Albin lead us in the pledge of allegiance.

 

Executive Session- Labor Negotiations - At 8:03am Mr. Miller made a motion to enter into executive session. Mr. Major seconded and the motion passed unanimously.

 

Attendance in executive session was Woody Bliss; W. Glenn Major; Richard Miller and Tom Landry. At 8:12am Mr. Bliss reopened the meeting

 

Mr. Miller made a motion to accept the side letter agreement between the Town of Weston and Local No.866, Council No. 4, AFSCME, AFL-CIO and Fred Moore. Mr. Major seconded. Mr. Major asked why this is a side letter agreement and not just an agreement. Mr. Landry said this is the only agreement. Mr. Major wants the record to reflect that this is the only agreement. The motion passed unanimously. A copy of the agreement is attached to the minutes.

 

At 8:14am Mr. Major made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Miller seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
