Present: Selectman W. Glenn Major; Selectwoman Gayle Weinstein; Town Administrator Tom Landry; Administrative Assistant Judy DeVito. Residents Margaret Wirtenberg and Alice Williams were also present.

Mr. Major opened the Public Hearing at 7:00pm

Mr. Bliss joined the meeting by telephone.

Mr. Major said this meeting was to hear comments on the proposed amendments to the Tax Relief for the Elderly Ordinance.

Margaret Wirtenberg, Wilson Road, said it was a wonderful ordinance and she hoped that they could close the hearing and vote it in. Mr. Bliss said that they had gone through it and he thinks they have it where they want it.

At 7:08pm Mr. Major closed the public hearing.
