The Town of Weston Planning & Zoning Commission has established a Notice Registry, in accordance with Public Act 06-80, for landowners, electors and nonprofit organizations who wish to receive notices of public hearings on changes to the Town’s zoning and subdivision regulations, the zoning map, and the Town Plan of Conservation and Development. The Notice Registry only applies to those regulatory changes initiated by the Planning & Zoning Commission.
Landowners, electors and nonprofit organizations who wish to be added to the Notice Registry must submit a written request to the Planning & Zoning Commission, Weston Town Hall, P.O. Box 1007, Weston, CT 06883. The request must state your name or the organization’s name, your mailing address, and your email address. The request must also state whether the notice is to be sent to you by mail or email. If notice by mail is requested, you must provide several stamped and addressed envelopes to the Commission. If addressed and stamped envelopes are not provided, notice will be sent to you by email. The Planning & Zoning Commission will place names on the registry for 3 years, after which time you can renew your name on the registry for successive 3 year periods.
