Department Information

The Weston Communications Center is located on the lower level of the Town Hall complex between the Police Department and Fire Department buildings at 56 Norfield Road.

The Communications Center is staffed on a 24-hour basis by state-certified Public Safety Dispatchers. The Communications Center dispatches routine and emergency radio calls and monitors Weston’s 9-1-1 emergency telephone system to provide the public with an immediate link to the Town’s emergency services including Police, Fire, Emergency Medical Service, Department of Public Works and the Animal Control Officer.
