Department Information
The Code Enforcement Office is located in the Weston Town Hall Annex, 24 School Road.  The Code Enforcement Officer is responsible for the administration and enforcement of Board of Selectmen ordinances, investigating complaints of alleged violations from town residents and other parties through site visits and the interpretation of town ordinances. The Code Enforcement Officer represents Weston in court hearings concerning alleged violations of zoning and other Town ordinances at the behest of the Town Attorney.

The Code Enforcement Officers' hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm.  His office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 12:00pm or by appointment.  He usually conducts inspections in the afternoons.
