Department Information 
The Zoning Enforcement Officer is located in the Weston Town Hall Annex, 24 School Road.  He is responsible for the administration and enforcement of all local and state regulations concerning zoning as promulgated by the Weston Planning and Zoning Commission.

The Zoning Enforcement Officer reviews plans of properties and applications, investigates complaints of alleged violations, and takes appropriate action by meeting with contractors and property owners and using cease and desist and court orders.

The Zoning Enforcement Officer's hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 4:30pm.  His office hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 12:00pm or by appointment.  He usually inspects properties in the afternoon.
