Dear Weston Families and Community Members,

Weston Public Schools is pleased to invite families, staff, and community members to attend a special Anne Frank Exhibit and Community Night at Weston High School.

6:30 - 8:30 PM

Weston High School

This exhibit, created in partnership with the Anne Frank House, explores Anne Frank’s life, the history and impact of the Holocaust, and the ongoing importance of combating prejudice, discrimination, and antisemitism through education, reflection, and dialogue.

Throughout the evening, Weston High School student docents will lead guided tours of the exhibit and engage visitors in meaningful conversations about identity, resilience, human rights, and civic responsibility. We are incredibly proud of our students for taking on this leadership role and helping to foster understanding within our broader community.

As we celebrate Jewish American Heritage Month, this special event offers our community the opportunity to honor Jewish history, culture, and contributions while deepening our collective understanding of empathy, inclusion, and standing against hate in all its forms.

We also want to express our sincere gratitude to the Weston Middle School PTO and the Weston High School PTO for their generous financial support in bringing this unique educational experience to our students and community. Their partnership and commitment made this opportunity possible.

Because this is not an annual event, we encourage families and community members to take advantage of this meaningful opportunity to experience the exhibit and engage in reflection and dialogue together.

This event reflects Weston Public Schools’ continued commitment to fostering a school community grounded in historical understanding, belonging, civic responsibility, and respect for all individuals.
