During the evening hours of November 15, 2025, there was a residential burglary of a home on Lyons Plain Road. The perpetrator gained access to the home through a first-floor window and ransacked several rooms. During the burglary, numerous items of jewelry were taken. There was a second residential burglary that occurred over the weekend on Old Hyde Road. The perpetrator also gained access through a first-floor window and stole various items before leaving. In both incidents, the windows were broken and completely removed by the perpetrator.

We urge all residents to lock their doors and windows, set alarms and ensure any surveillance cameras are functioning properly. It is important to lock vehicles parked outdoors and remove the keys and valuables.
