Set Effective Date: As required by CGS Sec. 8-3(d) an effective date must be fixed by the commission before approved changes to its regulations become effective. At its last regular meeting on April 7, 2025, by vote of 6 to 1, the commission adopted amendments to its zoning regulations governing the Village District. An effective date must be set not sooner than the notice is duly published (i.e., May 7, 2025).
